It's winter and getting colder so definitely the season for tasty Sunday roasts in big warm bars surrounded by all of your best friends...
It's such a shame that so few eateries in Melbourne make and sell roast lunches and even more of a shame that most of those have very few veg friendly options...
Never fear! Aduki and Grumpy's Green have concocted a marvellous plan and are staging a special roast day to solve both those problems at one fell, tasty and affordable swoop!
So what exactly is on offer?
Well it's something a little different to prove that just because the meat's been taken out there's still plenty of imagination! The roast vegetables are stuffed inside a hearty and wholesome tofu loaf in red wine reduction (Vegan & Gluten free) served on a bed of asparagus and green beans and then choose from either :
- A glass of Deakin Estate Sav Blanc
- A glass of Rees Miller Organic Cab Sav
- A pot of our Organic Otway Lager
- Soft drink including juices, tea and coffee
All for $18 on the door or $16 if you book in advance here.
We made a typo in a press release... if you've heard anywhere that the event is on the 22nd, our mistake, it's definitely on the 25th!
