Sustainable Living Festival (VIC) PDF Print
Thursday, 14 February 2008
From Friday 15 to Sunday 17 February, Federation Square in Melbourne will again be hosting the Sustainable Living Festival.

The Festival showcases a huge range of exhibitors, talks, workshops, art, films and performances celebrating and inspiring sustainable communities. The talks are free, although you can buy ‘voluntary’ tickets, so get down and explore the Festival's three-day program.

Drawing together diverse approaches that focus on social and ecological sustainability, this unique event fuses interactive displays, demonstrations, artworks, exhibits, designs, films, multimedia and live performances.

The aim of the Festival is to increase awareness of sustainability, and creates new opportunities of expression and communication for individuals and groups to accelerate the uptake of sustainable living.

The full Festival program can be viewed here http://www.slf.org.au/festival/program and if you head down be sure to check out the Vegetarian Network Victoria stall.
