According to the Sunday Mirror, Heather Mills has landed a deal to host a vegan cooking show in the UK.

 

With aspirations to become a vegan version of Nigella, Jamie or Gordon, Mills will also dish out advice on how to lead a vegan lifestyle including diet and fitness tips.


The ex-model, best known for her brief marriage and bitter divorce to Paul McCartney, hopes to become the next Oprah Winfrey and has apparently told friends she may host Watchdog-style investigations show and is trying to get a backer for a chat show.

 

Regardless of what we think of Mills, a vegan (yes VEGAN, not vegetarian) cooking show would be a massive coup for the community and help to promote veganism in a mainstream way. Cheers to that.
