About the Author
Leigh Drew is, first and foremost, a Sydney based dedicated vegan food-o-phile.
Her love of food and joy in its preparation and sharing it with others was
rekindled when she became vegan in March 2003.
She spends an awful lot of her time reading about food, making and
photographing food, and teaching vegan cookery classes through the Sydney Community
College.
